The Rationale Behind the Strategy
This NetSuite implementation services brand was growing fast but struggled to meet the mark when it came to their digital marketing execution. With killer credentials, amazing client stories, and deep expertise, they had a wealth of resources and engaging content to pull from but needed a plan for how to execute their branding reboot.
Here’s my recommended approach for tackling this beast of a mission:
Creating the "Aha!" Moment Architecture – I noticed prospects were hitting BPC's website and bouncing because they couldn't quickly see "oh, these people actually get what I'm going through." So I built what I call the "Breaking Point to Breakthrough" narrative that meets people exactly where they are: overwhelmed, frustrated, and needing someone who's been there before.
Turning Features into Feelings – Instead of leading with "we do NetSuite implementations," I shifted everything to "we implement confidence." Same technical expertise, but now it connects emotionally before it impresses logically. It's like the difference between saying "I fix cars" versus "I get you back on the road."
Multi-Channel Storytelling – I designed their content to work like a good conversation that picks up where you left off. Someone might discover BPC on LinkedIn, dig deeper on their website, then get nurture emails that actually feel relevant to their specific situation. No more random marketing that feels like shouting into the void.
